Chapter 20

Monday, August 27th, 2007

Wow, 20 now. Its been so long already. I got the number 2 now. After this 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and so forth. InsyaAllah, if Allah extends my age till those numbers.

I guess its been so long already that time has threaded itself. My childhood days are left to reside in my memories. But that will never mean it will stay there, we could always relive them as much as we want to.

I feel the need for responsibility to be handled. It is that time huh? Guess maturity is kicking in. Heh, so much to be thankful of right now. And Lord knows them all.

This year i’d say there’s a lot of presents. A phone for me (Cuz my old one was giving probs, let my dad have it now.), a DS Lite on my own (High time to buy a new console and with my own money). Ok2, its only 2, but at least, its better than nothing.

The night is really sucking me to bed. Time to heed the call. What is to face in Chapter 20? Who knows. But I believe in one thing, I will be prepared for it all. :)

Much Love, and thankfulness, Azlil.Ash.

A brain to pick.

Sunday, August 26th, 2007

I wonder why is it that kids wanna grow up fast nowadays. I only see them say monkey see monkey do. Heck, how life was back in my childhood days, we were pretty much cleaner than the past.

Maybe its just how i look at life. I won’t say all. Though, not all of the good are good, and not all of the bad are bad. I realise so. But think of this, ever see kids play nowadays? Realize how foul their language became? right now I probably here the word "bodoh" or "babi" being fluttered out every 2 seconds. I guess grandma taught me right. She told me that cursing switched bounty and sins. I was convinced in the past of how wealthy I was under the Lord’s eyes. All praises belong to Him.

And then, there’s the mat rempit phenomena. Maybe its cool for them to get bikes, and race with any one, gang up and beat the crap out of people, commit crimes without getting caught, have sex freely with any girl they can wind up with, and so on and so forth. heck, the kids probably gang up too, get their bicycles and roam around cities like their big brothers. And the big brothers would probably say "this ain’t your turf". And when the kids grow, there’s this problem called territory control. heck, I’m not surprise if the situation from The Warriors is evident in this country. In fact, I’m ready.

I could say the youth’s mind is quite corrupted nowadays. Live for today, care less about tomorrow. get a baby, dump it at your parents house and continue on being a free person with no responsibilities. Murder others for Rm5, smoke weed and make a living out of it. What else? Perhaps all these are really a start to show that the world is seriously tired. When doomsday comes, I don’t know what the people are going to do. I don’t know what’s gonna happen in that very near future where society rots to the ground.

I guess it all burns down to this question, "What’s your kid gonna be like?"

Much Love, and distraught, Azlil.Ash.

A break

Sunday, August 12th, 2007

A break is good from the hectic life of a MMU student. You never know what shit storm might happen and thus we will be very happy to know, that life takes a kick back to relax for a while. That is what happened to me.

1st of, I have home to embrace back. And a bunch of mussels (Kupang yang jual kat tepi jalan around Melaka tuh) to embrace with. hehe. Grandma was around, and apparently, she was here on a holiday. And me, well, lets say I bought a new console using money that i loaned from my parents (Yes yes, i will pay back in 2 weeks time, don’t worry.) I even got my girl to follow with the purchase.

I then had Disturbia and Simpsons Movie mashed in my head. Disturbia is really good. Simpsons was absolutely hillarious. Worth it Maggie! I had fun, seriously. days later showed me having fun with my Nintendo DS Lite (Jet Black) that apparently had my parents joining in to play as well (the 1st time in ages since my dad touched a console game haha. All hail sudoku)

I manage to top everything up with jalan2 sessions, happy moments, and Flashpoint it was seriously a great icing to the cake that had me walking around KLCC with my girl, and suddenly Bro. hehe.

Well, i’m back, and i’m beginning to dislike Melaka. Nah, MMU actly. Can’t wait to start chapter 20. And then, the wait list goes on… :)

Much Love, Azlil.Ash.
